Help with product images

I have uploaded some product images for some of my products. You can view them here:

Is there a setting in the admin somewhere that will force the images to all be the same size? If you look at my page you will see each image is a different size. Please help!

I rather like the way it breaks up the monotony of the site with the different sizes ...

You could keep them where the width is the same on all images and the height varies to give balance to them ...

Image - New Products Width
Image - New Products Height
Image - Featured Products Width
Image - Featured Products Height
