A customer emailed me recently telling me she was stuck at step 1 of 3 of checkout process. So, I created a test account and was stuck as well. Every time you click continue it reloads the same page and doesn't show a shipping method. Then I tested it a couple more times with other account names and sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. I've never seen this problem before and I don't even remember changing any settings in the checkout.
Any idea what may be causing this and how to fix this? I'm using 1.2.6. Yes, I know an upgrade would be nice but the client won't pay for me to upgrade his store, especially since the checkout process worked just fine before.
