New install - CSS Problem

We have installed the newest version of Zen-Cart 3 times. Once on my server and all of the styles work perfectly. Twice on my daughter's server. Once from cpanel and once by ftp upload. Neither of her Zen-Carts are apply style to the catalog but both are styling the admin panel. I have read through the suggestions here in the forum which have pointed to the .htaccess file as being the culprit but I removed that file completly and still was not able to get the styles to work on the catalog. Does anyone have any other suggestions. As I said, it is styling the admin panel but not the catalog.

The first installed from cpanel: http://www.pandapants.com/pintsizepeas/ (This one will be the final destination.)

The second installed from ftp upload: http://www.pandapants.com/zencart/

There are several known issues with siteground.com and the problems with the stylesheets not loading ...

You might try a search on:
siteground*

And see if any of these can help you ...

what server you using, i had tis problem using fasthosts and had to modify the htaccess file to allow it to work

i just renamed or deleted the htaccess file in the includes foulder and the admin includes folduer

Vger has advised me not to pay for shared SSL
Here is Vger's quote...

"Nedward? Your problems are only going to get worse. Whatever you do don't pay for their shared ssl - it won't work with dynamic php based shopping carts. If they tell you otherwise - ask them for the name of a site that it works on."

I think when my 3 months tie-in period is up, I'll move to a zen friendly host.
Some things you learn the hard way.
