How do you ship all of the other Products?

What should happen when a customer orders from that category and another Product not in that category?

In that circumstance then the flat rate charge hold priority.

    Do you use Linked Products?

If not you can test if the master_categories_id of the Products in the shopping cart belong to that category and trip which shipping modules show or do not show ...

Peek at the shipping modules now and how the function zen_get_shipping_enabled is used to enable or disable active shipping modules ...

You could build a similar function for this to check the categories ...

I also have a problem with the flat rate option. i thought the best way for now is having the flat rate be the only option for shipping and i have disable the other modules but at the point where you chose you shipping and the flat rate option is showing you are not able to continnue with the check out. Any Thought?

If you are not able to continue with checkout beyond the Shipping page (the screen simply refreshes when you click to continue), then the shipping option is not being selected.

Try going back to Admin and make sure the Flat Rate option is correctly and completely set up.

    Hello dcml1,

thanks for your responds. the shipping option is selected and i do believe that it is completely installed. Now here is another question the little colored circle indicated their activity. i know green means that its active and red is that there diabled. What does yellow mean, because i have some modules in yellow and are working on the site?
