EZ pages links not working

I did a test upgrade in a separate folder and it was working well. However when I have done the real upgrade in the root, on my website the EZ pages links are not working and in the admin, all the pages I made have disappeared. Can anyone please help? Thanks in advance.

Check that all of your EZ-Pages have a Sort Order ...

Yes, I am aware of the zero setting. My question is different...

I lost all my EZpages I created in the test shop after doing a real upgrade and brought the test shop to the live shop. I read in other thread that the EZpages are stored in a table in the database. Is it possible to put just this table into the current database to save me trouble on adding about 30 EZpages again?

Yes, how do I import the previously added EZpages back to the database? I did a back up before doing the real upgrade. So the 30 EZpages were not lost entirely. I don't want to manually add them unless I have no other choice. Does it make sense? Thanks.

If the existing ezpages table is not correct, empty it in phpMyAdmin and import the data from your old one ...

Thanks for your speedy response. Before I proceed to do this, I would like to confirm the following...

When I import the whole database from the old one in phpmyadmin just to get the EZpages table, wouldn't I risk losing or stuffing up other table information? Should I delete all the tables except the EZpages table in the old database and then import it? The other concern is that I believe phpmyadmin doesn't add "zen_" as a prefix when it imports files. How do we make sure it adds the prefix? Thank you.
