That's for Payflow Pro, not for PayPal IPN.
It specifically deals with using payflow-pro support built-in to PHP. This also requires security certificates and support of exec() functionality. But, unless you're using a Payflow Pro module and have a Payflow Pro account, there's no need to do this.

Yeah I see that now. I spoke with godaddy a few minutes ago again over this matter. Sent them links to my logs. Advanced tech said that its a scripting error and that it has nothing to do with them.

This being said. I'll go back to when this all started. IPN has worked over godaddy for 2 months now. I installed PPEC a week ago and then removed it.
Since then my IPN has not worked. I have used my own shop backups to overwrite EVERYTHING and go back to before I installed PPEC.
That didnt help either.

Godaddy says its a scripting error. Those qualified who can fix this should apply here. May be willing to pay for your services.
I am at a loss here and am loosing business probably as I type this. I need this fixed.

I have come a log way in my Zen Cartness but this is just toooooo much !
