partner cannot login to admin panel from his hous

Greetings everyone.
I installed zencart successfully without a glitch. Setup was extremely easy.
I personally was able to log into the admin panel with no problems.
However...my partner tried to log in from his house and he gets the message "incorrect username or password". We have no idea why this is happening. Am I missing something?

Human error? Typos ... login name and password are case sensitive ...

Does login to the store area work properly?
Does he have any firewall software blocking session cookies on his computer?
Which browser? If he uses a different browser, does the same thing happen?

Thanks for the mighty fast reply!
I simply changed the username and password to something very simple so for sure he would not be entering a wrong character. Problem solved.
Since I have your attention...is there a way to see a preview of the different templates that are available. Each time I advance to a different template it appears identical to the one preceeding it! ?

He may be just looking at the thumbnails for the several templates that come with the default install - they are identical.

This will depend if the template writer had included a thumb nail of their template or not and if this has been uploaded into the template directory..Can only view templates that have been installed and will only be different if there is a image of this template included with the template.
