Default How to create full cart, and then upload

I created my website on my testserver as localhost/zencart. I am now ready to upload my entire cart to my actual server. I am not sure how to do this. I looked at a couple other posts, but they all looked different, and no clear guideline of how to do this. Anybody able to help? Unfortunately this chapter was not in the new book of zen cart.

FTP the full set of files from your local to your host.
Create a DB backup from your local.
Create a DB on your host noting the DB Server, DB name, DB user, DB password
Restore the DB backup to your host DB that you created

Edit the 2 configure.php files to represent the changes.

Also, please confirm that I do not need to run install zc again if I do as described in your post. Thanks
