Admin - Cant Login, Please Help!!!

As of today, i cant seem to login through admin.

Clients can login, but i cant seem to get in, i have done a password request, but that seems to fail me too.

Any ideas?

Im in phpmyadmin and i can see the table, but i dont know what to look into.
you mean in the database dont you? , how do i get there, im puzzeled how did this happen?

If you click on the database you will see all of the tables ...

One of the tables is the admin table ...

If you browse that table you should see your admin name and email address ...
