PayPal IPN: Retrieving e-cheque order?

Hi,
I recently applied the paypal ipn patch and so far e-cheques seem to be working ok.
However, it took me a few weeks to notice the problem and I have about 8 e-cheques about to clear and I have no record of their order.
I did a search in my database for the PayPal transaction ID and found it in paypal_payment_status_history table. The PayPal_IPN_id for the record is 0 while all the other rows have normal looking values.
I wondered, since there is some record of this in the database, is it possible to reconstruct the order?
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Do you have debug logging enabled? If not, turn it on and ensure that the log folder is writable so you can at least capture the results when the IPN notices for clearing come through in case they don't process correctly.
However, they "should" process fine if you have the latest patch installed.
