Our webmaster set up our Zen-Cart. Now I'm trying to add the PayPal Payment info. I have a list of instructions, but I can't get to the page with the payment modules I need. The only way I can access admin is with zpmovies/store/admin. I can then log in, but the page that comes up is the statistics page, not the page with the payment modules. What am I doing wrong?

While I don't personally have it installed, I believe that initial setup for that is found in your admin control:
admin/modules/payment
and install the Paypal IPN.

I can't seem to get to anything in the admin area except the statistics page. My instructions say to open admin page then click modules. The page that opens for me has items sold, # hits etc, but no modules etc

The admin should look something like this:
I don't know if that is what you are seeing, however, it does indeed have number of hits etc., on the main page. It also has a dropdown menus across the top. If you are where you are supposed to be, go to modules/payment
and install the Paypal IPN.

There are files that have not been properly loaded. You should ask your webmaster to reload and present you with a functioning admin.

Who setup your cart for you,
looks like they used the admin levels to keep you out of certain things,
like configuration catalog customers modules locations/taxesZen cart PCI compliant Hosting
