Cannot add or remove payment mods

On this domain: www.arlingtonroadoutdoor.com/catalog, I am unable to add or remove payment mods. Right now it is set to the defuault from when I installed the shopping cart for this client. When I click on the payment - no options come up on the right. I tried re uploading the files for the includes/modules/payment as well as includes/languages/english/modules/payement and nothing has fixed it. Can someone please help me? Thanks!

In the Admin? Try reuploading the Admin files.

i just re-uploaded the admin. and it still doesn't work.........

What addon payment modules have you installed ?

all that is set is Check/Money Order, Zen cart free charger and CC. The same from the default after the installation.

I have no experience using it so I don't know if this is applicable but could the user access control system module (Admin Profiles) be in use? Did you have someone else install your Zen for you who could have implemented that module?

i installed it myself - i have installed over 150 zen carts now for clients and this is the first time i've had this happen after doing a fresh install. There aren't any additional mods installed.

If you switch back to the Classic template does it change anything?

i just tried it and even the classic template doesn't work.....
