Removing company name from packing slip

Hi,

We replaced the company name field with a field for the customer's occupation in our registration process. However, this makes the customer's occupation show up on the packing slip as the first line in both the ship to and bill to addresses, and it looks kind of silly.

I've been trying to figure out what I need to do to remove this line (company name) from the packing slip.

I've been looking at both the packingslip.php and the includes/functions/general.php files, but as a newbie, I'm still quite clueless.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was going to say to check the define pages in admin, but I have a feeling that it isn't in there.

You said you changed the name of the field. Try using the developers tookit in admin. It's under the tools menu. Search for the new field name.

Thanks for introducing me to the developer's toolkit. I can see how that can be very useful.

Unfortunately, I did a search as you suggested but still haven't figured it out yet.

Not having seem how you have changed your store it's difficult to be certain, but I would guess that removing line 50 of packingslip.php should solve this - i.e. the one that reads
