Salemaker not working at all

I am trying to apply a sale to my entire store. I have the following set up for salemaker:

Date Added: 04/26/2007
Last Modified: 04/26/2007
Last Status Change: 04/26/2007

Deduction: 5.0000 Percent
Pricerange: $5.00 to $100.00
Specials Condition: Ignore Specials Price - Apply to Product Price and Replace Special

Starts: Immediately
Expires: Never

--------------------------------

Am I missing a first step? No sales are applied. I have tried a number of variations on things. No price range, broad price range. I am applying to "Entire catalog".

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the update and letting us know that the missing master_categories_id on your Products was preventing the SaleMaker sales from working properly ...

Im not sure what i did. I cannot get a new item to show up or a price change to happen. Same thing happens with sale maker. It shows up correctly in the admin, but not on the website itself. I don't see the change in the SQL database. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have tried the store manager resets. V1.3.7
