Category Links to Display all SubCategory Items

The structure of my Categories are as follows:

Main Category
Football

Sub Categories
Regular Season ----5 items
Primetime -----------1 item
Playoffs --------------1 item
The Big Bowl---------1 item
College Bowls -------2 items
Specialty Boards-----1 item

In the menu set that I created to control the category links I added an "All Football" button above the Regular Season option as seen in my link provided.
My question is how do I link the all football section to call ALL the items from multiple sub categories

OK...managed to get this one on my own

If anyone else is curious about this. What I did was was use the linking feature.
I went to my categories where my products were located and clicked on the blue C button on the right of the product.
It gave me a dropdown menu of my categories and I copied it ( I think created an instance is more appropriate because it does automatic updates). I repeated this step for all products that I needed to be displayed elsewhere. This is a great feature and hopefully one day this can be done done on a larger scale by selecting and copying multiple items. Thanks ZC
