    I just did the same thing on a store that I was working on.

    Copy and create an template overide for the file: includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_product_info_display.php

    cut lines 88 - 114

    line 88 starts with ... <!--bof Add to Cart Box -->
    line 114 starts with ... <!--eof Add to Cart Box-->
    and inset the lot at line 143 which is between:
    <!--eof Attributes Module -->
    insert cut code here)
    <!--bof Quantity Discounts table -->

    If you're showing discount or additional images you may want to copy the code at line 164 which is between ...
    <!--eof Additional Product Images -->
    (insert cut code here)
    <!--bof Prev/Next bottom position -->

    The add to cart looks better and flows better when it's below the attributes

    good luck, hope it helps.

    Glad to help, I really recommend using the firebug plugin for firefox. This helps you identify the code against what you see in the browser then you simply use the developer's tool kit in the admin panel to find the applicable file.

    I'm amazed at how much easier it to develop templates using just these two tools. Firebug even shows you the applicable CSS for html lines you're looking at. Well worth having if you're not already using it.

    Cheers.
