Tell A Friend Email in Text Not HTML

HI Everyone..

I am 99.8% ready to call my Hebrew Zen Cart up and running.. The one thing that is bugging me is that the Tell A Friend Email when its sent to a member of the Site it arrives as HTML to others its Plain Text. With the Hebrew text being right to left the email really is almost impossible to read..

How can I control the email Format to default to HTML ?

Admin>Configuration>Customer Details>Customer Default Email Preference: set to 1

If you want to force HTML you might have to add

if ($module='tell_a_friend') $customers_email_format = 'HTML';

around line 199 or so in functions_email.php
