I'm using the CSS horizontal dropdown menu and when the menu drops down below the categories combobox on the search page, that combobox is always on top of the menu.

Z-indexing doesn't seem to have an effect on the SELECT tag.

The Z-index of the menu is set to 1000, and so entered a Z-index for SELECT tag set to 900. but it did nothing.
Any suggestions?
