Having installed ZC several times locally, I've found that if I choose not to install demo products during the setup process, the EZ-Pages Display Status HeaderBar (i.e. EZPages :: Privacy Notice :: Shared :: Zen Cart) will not show up. By default the value of the headbar in EZ-pages Settings is 1, so it should be there without me doing anything, but I've tried turning it off and back on and it just would not show up.
If I choose to have the demo products installed, then yes the EZ-Pages shows up, and can be turned on and off normally.
Anyone else noticed the same?

If you don't install the demo products, then the demo EZ-Pages data is not installed either.
If you actually create some EZ-Pages and enable them to show in the header bar, then ... they'll show up.
Admin->Tools->EZ-Pages.
