Shipping Address Change with PayPal

I am also facing the same problem,

See the case is we are running gift site...so customer (Billing Address) gift to someone (Shipping Address). on the paypal credit card page - Its showing the address on customer (Billing address) but the its under 'Shipping Address' lable. So, whats the problem is on paypal page its showing billing address of cusomter with "Shipping Address" lable.

Is there any way I can change the lable...

Does this mean that your problem was fixed by the latest patch in the above mentioned link?

I didn't seem to be having any problems...but recently I have been getting orders in from paypal that have the paypal billing address stored in the shipping address field. It has happened at least 3 times in a week, and the last customer very clearly stated that she chose and confirmed a ship address in TX, went to paypal to complete transaction, but when it saved the order it saved it with the billing address (CA).

I need to get this resolved quickly - but I'm not excited about gutting the paypal IPN & uploading new files & reconfiguring on my live site. I will of course if I need to, but before I do, I want to be clear if this will / should solve the problem.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
