MIME HTML Sending Email - Office Use Only Extra info Does NOT appear anymore!!

Hi,

I am using version 1.3.7.

When I use to get Order Confirmation emails before, they use to contain an extra info bit at the bottom such as...

Office Use Only:
From: ..............
Email: ...........
Login Name: .............
Login Email: .............
Telephone: ...............
IP Address: ..........................
Host Address: ..........................
Date and Time: ..........................
-----------------------------------------------------

When I set the USE MIME when sending emails to TRUE..
It send the [New Order] confirmation email in HTML, al is good, but it now doesn't show that extra bit of Office Use Only Info, which was useful to me.

Any idea on how to add get that info to show up even though I am using the MIME HTML?

What code needs to be added, what section and to what php file etc...

I think this might be a Zen-Cart issue!!

This was reported earlier (sometime in the last month). The fix has been built into v1.3.8.
