Billing and Shipping does not match

I always have this error; where should i fix it?

Furthermore; I only sell online services..so is it possible to turn off all the shipping function?

Mark all of your products as virtual.

Now it doesnt ask for the ship address now; great. But i just tested and i can not see the details of order in Customer -> Orders . I only get the error "Billing and Shipping does not match".

But i can see the order at the report...so what should i do?

added i can search the order by ID but just they doesnt show up at the Customer -> Orders at all

Check in the Modules ... Order Total ... that the Total ot_total is installed ...

Also, if the error you are getting is the Red icon that is just a flag to indicate that of the 3 possible addresses:
customer
shipping
billing

That there is not a match between the addresses ...
