Resizing Attribute Images

How can I set the attribute images to a set size? I have looked through the admin and in the code but could not find where to change this.

I have also looked through the faq and on the forum and could not find the answer.

Attribute images are normally displayed at size you designed images.
There is a mod however, which will allow larger popup images for attributes at

I belive additional images use the same size as Small Image Width/Height in Configuration > Images.

misty: The add-on is not what I am looking for. I want the images to be small, they are already large.

battra: It isn't that setting. I have it set to 100 but the image is showing up at the original size of 600. Do I have to resize the original image to get it to show up at 100 pixels like I want?

Try this:
1. Resize your additional images to a thumbnail size and put them in /images folder.
2. Put suffix '_MED' or '_LRG' to the original 600px image and put them in the /images/medium or /images/large folder.

For example:
- Main product image name is '/images/myimg.jpg'
- Additional image name (thumbnail size) is '/images/myimg_01.jpg'
- Additional image name (big size 600px) is '/images/large/myimg_01_LRG.jpg'

The additional image should be displayed at thumbnail size and you can click it to open the large version.
