Default Aligning Content in new sidebox

    Hi

I've created a new sidebox to display Google checkout as my payment provider.

I have added the google HTML to display the logo.

The problem i'm having is that in the side box the Google Checkout logo is aligned to the left of the sidebox whereas i would like it positioned centrally in the sidebox.

Any one know how to alter the position of the logo within the sidebox?

    Thanks in advance!

Hmm... judging by the rendered page source info, it seems like that custom sidebox isn't classed with "centeredContent".

    No worries, instead of recoding..

You could simply drop this into your current template's stylesheet:
    Code:
    #googlecheckoutContent {text-align: center}
That should center that image just fine.

    Sketchy,
I used firefox today and added the following but was not working for me.
Does this happen sometimes in firefox when a correct tag is inserted in the stylesheet.css

^ Yes, it can very well occur sometimes.

It can be frustrating in the "virtual" world.

I wish I could have saw it first, before the major recoding. Now, it seems like you recoded the script to below the bottom banners.

    Hi Sketchy

    Thanks for your input!

Yes i switched off the sidebox (but can eaisly switch it on again) becuase with it active i was getting the "some items not secure" warning message on my browser when going to checkout or secure pages.

The HTML i added from Google for the sidebox was i think from an unsecure source and i couldnt find a logo that would work within a scured page.

    Hi. You're welcome.

That's so strange, because I got it to center virtually.. using the FF web dev. Meh, stranger things have happened. But, yeah, I suppose it's fruitless to have those warning going on in the first place instead of worrying about the logo placement. I always notice that people have problems especially with IE tripping security warnings. Agreed, doesn't look well in the customer's perspective.

Well, I hope you find a decent certified script/logo soon.
