template has problems in conjuction with cart

I didn't know where to post this problem because I'm not quite sure if it is cart related or browser ( Internet Explorer ) related. A little explanation first:

I have a template I inserted using the sang_embed_template method ( great work around for custom templates) however if you go to my page ( http://www.sportsboardscentral.com/home.html ) and click on one of the categories in yellow on the left had side the menus tend go a little weird and the cart drops down on the page A LOT. Could this be conflicting code between my template and the cart??

This has been bugging me for awhile and any code you may need to help me sort this out please let me know...Thanks to all

Sorry...I wanted to add a little more to this:

The site was created in Dreamweaver and the template was created and used to make an html page which was inserted into My Custom template folder which the sang_embed_template calls upon. so the same template is called for every page of the site but only goes screwy in the cart and only with Internet Explorer. Hope this helps some.

I managed to get the cart back up in place using the box mode hack method suggested by sangiusdesign (thank you). My menu's still do not function (drop down feature disables) when you access the store no matter what I do. I could really use a helping hand on this one...thanks
