CSS Dropdown Menus

Is there a way to do this in ZenCart? Im particularly interested in creating some drop down menus for the EZ pages linked in the header. Or is there another way to create a page that has sub-pages. For instance have a link in the header that says articles and when you click on it it takes you to a page of either sub-categories or a listing of all the articles?

Thanks for that. Ive got that downloaded and will be working on getting that set up. Thanks for the help.
