Possible bug in the PPEC-137-May10-07b?

Waited until I saw this problem duplicate, just had another.

Problem:
Customer logs in, orders product
Customer generates two(2) zen orders in admin->orders
Only ONE has the gray background box with all the details of the paypal transaction, other has the memo in order details (dupe to good one)

Recap:
1 customer
2 orders being generated
only 1 has all the true paypal detail
Paypal account only has ONE order paid for

Good (normal w/all paypal stuff in the order detail) order is always first one of the pair

Just an FYI...........

I have tried to duplicate this in a number of ways, with no success.....

The scarey part is, IF the store is a busy store, and the admin doesn't notice two identicle orders from same customer, back to back, ONE is getting out the door UNPAID. (both orders are set status=processing).

Addendum:
Forgot to mention I am only using IPN, but did install/uninstall per all the instructions for last mod, including express in/out

Did you implement the PDT support as documented in the May 10 patch notes?

Just had another dupe...........turned on logging yesterday, have two log files from this transaction, let me know if they might have anything that could help.

Well, we seem to be setting a record today on PayPal dupes.........just had another pair..........

Additional info:
Seems a new eCheck problem has surfaced with this rev.
Echeck order comes in, order added to admin->orders-> set to pending
Echeck order clears, order is indicated in paypal box as cleared, notes updated, but left in pending.
