I use Table rate by weigh. I want free shipping when total over $100, how?

oh, forgot to mention:

I actually skip the shipping page -- check out step 1, after click go to check out, it will skip the shipping info page actually bring to step 2 directly. which will display total, sh(from my rate table) and tax...

what i want: if over $100(I can create from free shipping), so go to step two with the cheapest, in this case, free shipping. if less than $100, there is no free shipping option so no problem...

Not sure what you are doing to skip the checkout_shipping ... but if you go to the Modules ... Order Totals ... and edit the Shipping ot_shipping and enter Free Shipping on orders over 100.00 and enable it ... this works automatically ...
