How do i install sql patch?

I downloaded the contribution called google froogle feeder, and in the instructions it says:

Go to Admin->Tools->Install SQL Patches and install googlefroogle.sql

but when i open that in the admin all i have is SQL Query Executor which has a window for me to type stuff into. I do not know what to type here in order to install the file, i tried:

install googlefroogle.sql

and also

googlefroogle.sql

neither of these seem to have done anything. How is it done? Thanks in advance..

Please don't double post. It just wastes people's time when two or more groups of people spend time helping on the same query. I've responded to your other post.
