SiteTrust Customer Feedback support

Hi everyone,

I have created this thread to provide a support area for those using the SiteTrust Network customer feedback module found at http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=684.

The SiteTrust Network helps online store owners increase visitor confidence in their websites. Services include trust seals and validated feedback, which is what this module is all about. This module enables you to display validated customer feedback directly on your store. Links are provided to enable your visitors to view the rest of your feedback as well as to submit feedback of their own. Please note that a SiteTrust Network merchant account is required to use this module. The official homepage for this module is located at http://www.sitetrustnetwork.com/zencart/index.php.

To give you an idea of what the feedback feed looks like, here is a screenshot of it installed on an osCommerce site: http://www.sitetrustnetwork.com/imag...mple_feed2.gif. You can control the fonts & colors of the feed as well as the feed height and width. I suggest you set the dimensions so that no scrollbars are needed.

One issue that has come up so far is the folder structure if you are using template_default rather than your own created template. Basically, the folder structure that I have tested and found to work is:

extra_datafiles/feedback_filenames.php

languages/

english/

extra_definitions/feedback.php

html_includes/define_feedback.php

feedback.php

modules/

pages/

feedback/header_php.php

templates/

template_default/

templates/tpl_feedback_default.php[/FONT]

Do not include the includes/languages/english/html_includes/MYTEMPLATE/define_feedback.php file.
