Error mesages in Pay Flow

I have added this message to an existing thread but not had a reply so i have started a new thread, hope this is ok

I have just installed Pay Pal Payflow and every thing seems to be working fine until i hit comfirm.
i got the following error messages

Warning: main(includes/templates/lavender/templates/tpl_checkout_success_default.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/****/public_html/includes/templates/template_default/common/tpl_main_page.php on line 119

Everything else went fine i have received all the emails that i should receive and the money is in Pay Pal account.

Any help with this would be gratefully received. I dont want to mess about with things and do anymore damage at this late stage.
