ultimate_seo_urls_2.102 problem

I have just installed the above module on my website (v1.3.0.2). When I have it on I get a 404 Not Found - Not Found The requested document was not found on this server.

It is changing the urls. Below is the original URL, and what I have when I turn it on and get the error.

http://www.royalgems.co.nz/body-jewe...s-c-47_45.html

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I've tried turning off all the options except 'Enable SEO URLs' but it still does the same.

I've edited htaccess so the line requiring editing looks like this? Is it correct?
