Order Creation

Cart didn't create another order getting around 2 of them a week. What can we do to get this corrected. I used to goto paypal and refund .01 and it would create the order and now it doesn't anymore.

How can i get this to recreate the order??

Where cound i get what they ordered. The paypal IPN isn't even in the Viewer.

Today we lost 4 orders...

We haven't done any updates or anything recently to cause this to stop either... we had orders coming in until 9:58 AM this morning

I did the Lastest patch with the paypal express but it is the paypal IPN that is failing i believe

Which we have setup like a credit card.

If running Zen Cart v1.3.7 ... be sure to get the updates for USPS:

1 Remove all PayPal Payment modules

2 Install both PayPal Payment modules

3 Remove the one you are not using

4 Configure the one that you are using

... and if your IPN orders aren't coming through properly, be sure to set up the PDT components as documented in the May 10 PayPal Patch post.

... and then be sure to do some detailed testing and debug logging to find out why the IPN notices aren't getting through properly.

I have a customer with this problem. He received 2 orders from a customer and they aren't showing up on admin. Does this has to do with this patch?

If I install the patch, I only have to install the lastest, right?

Only install the latest and be sure to follow the instructions to:

1 Remove all PayPal Modules ...

2 Install Both PayPal Modules ...

3 Remove the PayPal Module not being used ...

4 Install and configure the module being used ...
