recreating sessions

Just a quick question
in 'sessions' in the admin panel should i have recreate sessions set to true or false?

If your server is setup correctly ... that should be set to true for tighter security ...

If your server is not setup correctly ... then things will not work such as shopping cart gets lost, customer tries to login but appears to fail etc.

In that case, ask your hosting site ... why doesn't Recreate Sessions work on your server ...
