    In stylesheet_categories_dressing.css *AND* stylesheet.css, do I need to change ALL #categories to #chcategories for the styling to take affect? Little confused there.

    I do have ch_categories installed (not the one included with Categories Dressing - I installed ch_categories first).
    Thank you,

    If you are using ch_categories, you need to use the alternate stylesheet_chcategories_dressing.css included with Categories Dressing. Most of the category rules in the standard stylesheet are not applicable to a site using either form of Categories Dressing, so it doesn't matter what you do with them.
    It doesn't matter which copy of ch_categories you use, as both are the same.

    Thanks so much - I knew the arrow was something simple but for the life of me could not find it.
    Thanks again

    The readme.html describes how to turn off each feature if you don't need it. You appear to have found the way to turn off the link heading (comment out or delete its define statement in categories_dressing_defines.php).

    In category_dressing_defines.php, is there a way to have only the top level cats and 1st level sub-cats display only?

    Couple of my cats have 2 and 3 sub cats, which are displaying

    OR is there a css definition that I can simply comment out?
    Thank you,

    That's what
    define('CAT_BOX_ACTIVE_LEVEL', '0|1|9');
    is for.

    // 'active|highest_level|deepest_level'
    //active: 0=all cats, level control/1=full active tree only/2=active only (all cats per level when no cat selected)/
    //3=full active tree, others per level/4=like 3, active branches only/5=like 1, no tops/6=like 2, active branches only|
    //highest_level: 0=all levels/1=no topcats/etc.|
    //deepest_level: 1=only first subcats/2=first & second subcats/etc.
    //
    (This is slightly different from the v2.7.3 copy of the file, but the highest and deepest level settings will work the same.)
    You would want a setting of '0|0|1'.

    Glenn,

    Thank you. I've been reading it just didn't fully understand it. Your post turned on the 'light'.

    Absolutely great mod by the way!!!

    One last thing, some of my sub cat titles are somewhat long and continue on the line below - no big deal, except they are not even with the line above. The bottom line is more to the left than the top line.

    I'm assuming that to fix that I should *play* with the padding for #chcategories ul ul a, is that correct?
    Thank you,

    Hi, I had this all sorted but have since messed it up with a database import

    Having only done this once before how I did it has not stuck! I'm getting there (slowly) but have some issues.

    Please see the site here:

    http://www.ampmgraphics.com/demo/

    I have the three sections and three styles going ok. The problems I have is that the top three (business card design, etc) should be the first three under Design. What should I do to change this?

    Second:

    Web design (currently bottom of the Printing section) should be the first under Web. What do I do to change this?

    Thanks for your help with this..gutted I have to re-do this
