Quantity Boxes

I would like to make something similar to this webpage - http://www.thewoodenrose.net/form.php on my website where I can choose the colors and quantity of each color. I just don't know how to go about this in zencart.

Getting close to this is gonna require a few things...

You need to get the stock-by-attributes module by kuroi in the downloads/other section.

Then you need to read up on adding attributes to your products and these will most likely end up as "swatches" that are available in the attributes area.

How can I get rid of the: * Model: Part # 00013 * 9999 Units in Stock * Manufactured by: Kirkham Motorsports Section at the bottom of each product page. I have put "0" on every section I can think of in Product Display and others, but i can't see to get rid of these items.
