Paypal Express problems

[Dazed and Confused]

The set up on my shopping cart has been amazingly straightforward and without problems except for Paypal Express which when I enable this module and clip on the icon I am returned the following error messages.

Obviously, there appears to be a problem. I did look for the appropriate emoticon unfortunately one with a gun to the head is missing. So any help may save a life.

The Paypal IPN module appears to work as it should. I also installed Dr. Byte's latest patch for the PayPal Express Module.
