How to turn off the catagories list in header?

Hi everyone!

New to Zen-Cart and need help on how to turn off the categories list in the header.

Ive searched and couldn't find an answer in the forums or FAQ's.

On a scale of 1 to 10 on my html and PHP knowledge, Im about a 5 on HTML and a 3 on PHP so I need some direction if editing files is involved.

But until then go to admin > config > layout settings > Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF > set to "0"

Thanks so much.. I would of never thought that was it. I just kept searching header menu off, categories header off.
