Static text in a sidebox

I need to find a sidebox containing some formatted, static text.

It LOOKS as though the Document General thing would work, but I can't follow the instructions.

My site looks like http://www.aswab.co.uk/now1.jpg
and I'm wanting to insert text so it looks like http://www.aswab.co.uk/now2.jpg

This really MUST be possible, isn't it?

Just download and install the blank sidebox mod from the download area of this site and type your text where it tells you to.
