usps shipping shows nothing

I have set my usps webtools account and activated my account on the production server. Whenever I open estimate shipping nothing shows up, I have tried a few zip codes in diff states. When I go through the checkout the screen shows

We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
(Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)

I dont see any errors or anything and dont know where to start

I have checked out the usps.php and the urls and .dll is named correctly, they dont have http:// in front but I tried changing that and it didnt change anything.

I tried removing the USPS module and reinputting my info.

ok I talked with USPS again and they said they forgot to put me in. It seems to be working now
