USPS domestic shipping works, but nothing appears under USPS for international shipments.

Did you install the USPS Updates for May14th for the new server and price changes:

Did you create your account and after you received your ID did you call or email USPS and get activated on the Production server?
Are you set to the Production Server?
Do you have your 5 digit Zip code set?
Does UPS work if you install that as a test?

USPS shipping used to work on my site, and the domestic shipping still works. I have not removed it or reloaded it.
I currently use Zen Cart Version 1.2.3. Will I need to update the software in order to install the USPS Updates for May14th? The domestic rates appear to have updated automatically.
This is the text i get when an international order tries to go through
United States Postal Service We prefer not to ship to Domestic locations via USPS. If you are International customer,
or if you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please call (800) 965-3390.
Can someone help me with this? It used to work.
I am having the same problem. I just installed zen cart, and the USPS shipping module, and just got it switched to the production server. I tested it by making up an order, and it calculates domestic shipping fine, but if I put in a foreign address it doesn't come up with anything. Do I still need to install the patch even though I just installed this module within the last couple weeks?
You must get the USPS Patch at:

Uninstall the existing USPS Shipping Module ...
NOTE: make sure you have your access code ...
Reinstall the USPS Shipping Module and reconfigure ...
NOTE: be sure you have called USPS or emailed to have your account activated for the Production Server ...

Thanks for the info. I just setup my store and USPS Int'l wasn't working where UPS was. I downloaded and applied that patch and it worked like a champ. I guess the latest downloadable version of 1.3.7 doesn't include this USPS update.

I had the same issue, installed the patch, now my international usps is up and running. Cheers.

I used the linked method. I was aware that USPS changed their international shipping service names, but I hadn't considered that the name changes would break the Zen Cart shipping estimate module. I didn't notice it was broken until someone complained today.
