Can I get any Phone Tech Support?

I have posted a question on a shipping problem I am having, with no respones. I really need some help soon. This error is COSTING me money. The company I purchased the website from doesn't know how to fix it either. (since they are posting on here too) Is there a phone number to call? Even if I have to pay. At this point I will do whatever!

My shipping problem is when I try to use Table rates, When I do this at check out, it says "not shipping to your region"

In my store I have the ZONE chosen as where I am....

Check your ZONE setting in the Store Configuration.

make sure that your products are not marked ( inside the product setup ) as always free shipping
