Cart does not move from delivery information to checkout

Hi

Any ideas why my site does not mover from delivery information to the next step ie from step one to step two. It just keeps recycling the same page when I click on the continue checkout button

What shipping modules have you installed?

Do you have zones set on them?

Are your products of 0 weight? Does 0 weight mean Free shipping? If so do you have the Free Shipping feeshipper Shipping Module installed?

Have you an URL where we could perhaps peek at your site?

Hi Thanks for this. My cart is new and i amnot to familiar with the system.
I have no zones and have one product that is zero weight anf free shipping

Hi

Had a quick play and it seems anything set to zero shipping causes the problem if it is purchased alone ie gift certificate or a free sticker.

Install the Free Shipping freeshipper Shipping Module ...

I am having the same problem but I dont have any free shipping set up. I have had my cart for a while now and as of 4 days ago when you go to checkout from step one, you hit continue and it opens the same page again to step 1 again. my url is www.rockcycleonline.com and nothing was changed in the zencart modules. I even reuploaded our server backup from 6/7/07 and that didnt even fix it. Please help!
