Personal check and money order module

I'm trying to change the text of the personal check/money order module at the checkout section to read "Personal Check or Postal Money Order" but I can't figure out how to do it.

Any suggestions?

Admin> Tools> Developers Tool Kit

Enter the text you want to search for in the bottom left box.

Choose search all files.

Click go.

You will get a list of all the files that contain the phrase, from those find the language file and change the definition.
