need fix! can't see admin and shop doesn't work

when I try to enter my site,I see below info:

1194 Table 'sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
in:
[select value from sessions where sesskey = 'j808dce7d2u10h49g5ht36gmd7' and expiry > '1182645718']

I wish I search answer in this forum,but seems nobody meet before. anybody can tell me what happened and how do i fix it?

If you are hosted with a cPanel provider there is a "repair DB" selection in the mysql page. Other might also have something similar and this is where I would start

I have fixed the session in phpmyadmin. It works now.
