This one is in the downloads section. A bit wordy though. Why not use the one that comes with zen cart, or why not just write your own?

You can edit the file define_conditions.php using the define pages editor (or edit it directly as includes/languages/english/html_includes/define_conditions.php). This page will show up if you enable the "Information" sidebox.

almine says on the condition of use is this section is an area for conditions of use and can be defined in the admin adrea basically needs the text adding. just wanted some text i could use as a template
