SEO ultimage url error for expand categories

Dear,when i have installed expand categories list mod in my 1.3.6,i see error url with sub categories with this:

http://hero-led.com/products/-c-cPath.html
http://hero-led.com/products/-c-cPath.html
........
somebody would like give me some kindly help,so many thanks....

You appear to have duplicated your category box. Remove one of them.

dear,duplicated category box？I just open two categorys:orginal category and expanded category box nod!

You removed the working category box and left the one that wasn't working? 'twas the other category box that was working ok.

Does everything work ok without SEO URL's installed?

Try turning them off and re-testing.
