Default Newsletters - some are going out blank, some not

A few of my newsletter subscribers are telling me that they are receiving blank emails when I send out the monthly newsletter. I am sending strictly text emails.

I can't see a trend as to why this is happening - it's not one isp, but several. This go around that I know of, it was someone with an aol account, someone with a .mac account and someone with an account from Australia.

I've also subscribed to the newsletter and it comes through fine for me.

This is what the blank emails are looking like:

    Any ideas?

Just wanted to update and say that I've figured it out.

The emails are going blank to those who've subscribed to receive HTML emails rather than TEXT. The reason they are going blank is because I'm typing my newsletters in the text-only field rather than in the rich text message field.

Now I just need to figure out how to change the html emails to get my banner rather than a zen cart one. :)

In the /docs folder of your Zen Cart program files, you'll find an article that explains how the HTML emails work. It's a worthwhile read.

i just had a similar problem with one of my customers reading me the riot act because my images (a coupon) didn't come thru. i tested on several different email accounts and they were fine. what i found out is that this was occurring in hotmail accounts, so i thot, ahHA big bad msn, but then a customer came in with the email all printed nicely with the images, and she uses hotmail. btw, i type my newsletters in both html and text, so this is not an issue. anyone else had this competing issue? thanks
