Ultimate SEO URL and Zen1.3.7?

Hi, currently I use Zencart 1.3.7. I am hopeful that the "ultimate_seo_urls_v2.103" will work with it. Does anyone know if the two will or will not work. Or if not is there a plan for the Dr. to update the module. Thank you.

there is a version 3.0

it works in 1.3.7

it does not rewrite SEO URLs

i also cannot get it to work on my shop

any ideas / examples on what to put in RewriteBase /

instead of RewriteBase /shop/ would be appreciated
