Showing a Dynamic Message on Checkout Success Page

I'm looking to show a dynamic message on the checkout success page. As some of you know, once the customer checks out using Linkpoint API it can add the auth code into the order comments area. I want to show the authcode on the checkout success page, along with the Linkpoint transaction ID so that the customer knows that they refer to the same order. I've had several customers ask if they were being charged twice (since they received two receipts - one from my store, one from linkpoint) and I think that putting a message with that information on the checkout_success page may cut down on some of those inquiries.

Any ideas?
